Prima Capital Fund is a hybrid fund launched by OptylonKrea, a real estate development company. The fund combines fund investment and real estate investment for Golden Visa applicants.
Prime residential investments constitute the investment strategy of Prima’s Capital fund. The fund focuses on Portugal, mostly in Lisbon but other European cities will be featured, including Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Athens, and Istanbul. The subscription charge is 1.5 percent and the annual management fee is 1.6 percent. The fund’s target size is €150 million.
